Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date your item arrives to return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized items (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase, the purchaser will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. A gift certificate will be emailed upon receipt of the return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive your desired item is to return the existing item and, once your return is accepted, purchase a new one separately. We accept exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt. We accept returns for store credit within 30 days of the delivery date.
Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds. Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, we will automatically issue a store credit for the entire order (minus shipping costs).
Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed after it is received by our fulfillment center.
